About us
Haupt Forex Alert
Services is a South African based service, which was started in April 2007 by
Farrell Haupt, a forex trader by heart for the past 7 years. He is a firm
believer that all fundamentals are factored into the price and is a technical
analyst by heart. He has developed a few mechanical trading systems over the
different timeframes to suite his trading strategy and plan and does not
deviate from this. He only uses the longer timeframes for this service,
ranging between the 4 hour, daily and weekly charts.
His job is to ensure
minimum risk to market exposure and in keeping our subscribers happy, by
being successful traders based on proven technical charting analysis and
tight money management rules.
Use of Site
You
may only use this site to browse the content, make legitimate purchases and
shall not use this site for any other purposes, including without limitation,

Delivery Policy

refund of monies charged to your credit card or paid in any other way agreed
by us, are limited by our terms & conditions. You must not make any

conditions. Once payment is made for the subscription, it is deemed that you
have read and understood the terms and conditions for such purchase. If you

- A test email will be forwarded to you
after registration and you need to validate it, to ensure that your
email address is correct – validation is replying that you have received
the confirmation of registration email
- If you did not receive an email in 12

- Alerts will be sent on Monday to
Thursday between 19H00 & 23h00 (SAST – South African Standard Time)

- Subscriptions received after the 15th
of each month will entitle the
subscriber FREE alerts
for the remainder of that month and will only be paying for the first trading day of
the “new” month
Emailing
Please ensure the correct email address
is provided from the outset as title and risk will pass to you once the email
has been sent.
Undeliverable
emails
Occasionally emails are returned to us
undeliverable. Should this event take place every attempt will be made
to contact you to make arrangements for re-sending.
Order processing
Subscription processing will not begin
until we receive a confirmed and full payment.
Refund Policy

Cancellation of subscription for Month-to-Month
subscribers (subscribers who are paying their fees on a monthly basis) is non
refundable
·
Subscription fees are non-refundable, however,
should the alerts not create a nett profit after the first 2 weeks of
subscribing; the following month will be free.

The above point must be enforced by the
subscriber via email of notification of a nett loss, for me to activate the
new free subscription
·
Cancellation of Price Plan subscriptions
(subscribers who paid their fees in advance according to the plan selected –
see website for Price Plans: http://www.haupt-inc.com) will be pro rata refundable for the
remaining trading days & months still left on the Plan.
·
On receipt of payment an email form Haupt Forex
Alert Services will be sent to you to confirm that you have authorized payment for subscription
·
If no confirmation is received in 72 hours after
the confirmation email was sent by Haupt Forex Alert Services, it will be
deemed as confirmed
·
Subscription fees will be reflected in ZAR (South
African Rand) terms for banking and exchange rate purposes (a currency
converter is available on the website – http://www.haupt-inc.com)
Payment Options and Pricing
All transactions
will be processed in South African Rands (ZAR).

Haupt Forex Alert Services reserves the right to change pricing at any
time without prior notice.
Credit Card
We
accept MasterCard and Visa credit cards. If you do not have a
credit card please utilise one of the other payment options, or simply log
off and return to the site at a later time to complete your order.
EFT (Electronic Fund Transfer)
Select
the option to pay via EFT. You will then have to load Haupt Forex Alert
Services as a beneficiary on your internet banking and use the unique order
number in the reference line for your payment. This should ensure speedy
processing and delivery of your selected products.

You may pay for your subscription
through a direct deposit. It’s exactly the same as doing an EFT payment,
except you’ll have to go into your bank and physically make your direct
